The Train to Paris is traveling from Amsterdam to Paris and will have on board Dutch negotiators heading to the United Nations Conference on Climatie Change (COP21). COP21 will take place in Paris from 30 November until 11 December. The main purpose of COP21 is the signing of a new agreement on climate change, to keep global warming below 2°C.
