AMFI is currently the largest fashion institute in the Netherlands and covers the entire fashion chain. It has more than 100 lecturers and over 1,300 students and is part of the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
Undergraduate students choose to specialize in either Fashion & Design, Fashion & Management or Fashion & Branding. The programs are offered in Dutch as well as in English. Students graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Textiles & Technology.
In addition, AMFI offers a 2-year international Master’s program in Fashion Enterprise Creation.
AMFI has embraced the Reality School concept and offers several courses in which students develop professional products which are presented during fashion events and sold in stores
AMFI graduates are employed in various levels of the Fashion Industry. Graduates work for companies such as Louis Vuitton, Lancel, The Sting, H&M, Inditex, G-STAR, Viktor & Rolf, etc.
