The Train to Paris was traveling from Amsterdam to Paris and on board were Dutch negotiators heading to the United Nations Conference on Climatie Change (COP21). COP21 took place in Paris from November 30th until December 11th. The main purpose of COP21 was the signing of a new agreement on climate change, to keep global warming below 2°C.
